[040512.EN.SEA] Jacksonville's APM Terminals Bags CSCL, UASC on CMA CGM's PEX6 Loop

CHINA Shipping (CSCL) and United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) will call at the Port of Jacksonville, Florida, as the last port of call on CMA CGM's PEX 3 service after calling at Houston, Mobile and Miami as part of a vessel-sharing agreement.

PEX 3 ships will dock at APM Terminals at the Jacksonville Port Authority's Blount Island Marine Terminal after rotating through Xiamen, Hong Kong, Shenzhen-Chiwan, Shanghai, Busan, Manzanillo, (Mexico), Houston, Mobile, Miami, Jacksonville, Vostochny, Russia on the Sea of Japan before going back to Xiamen.

With the participation of CSCL and UASC, Jaxport now boasts of calls by 11 of the world's top 15 ocean carriers, said Jaxport vice president Roy Schleicher.
