JAPANESE shipping giant "K" Line says it has issued its "Social and Environmental Report 2011" to summarise its social and environmental preservation activities."We have published this report to provide our stakeholders with easy-to-understand explanations on our approach to social responsibility and measures we take for safety in navigation and cargo operations and environmental preservation, which are based on our corporate principles," it said in a statement.
The themes in this year's report are from the viewpoint of a shipping line: safety in navigation and cargo operations, environmental preservation, work environment and social contribution.
