[100119.EN.SEA] OOCL Cancels 14 Trans-Pacific Sailings on Chinese New Year Lull



HONG Kong's Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL), now a Cosco unit, has announced the cancellation of 14 sailings on the Trans-Pacific trade following the Lunar New Year holiday period.

OOCL said in a statement that the cancellations have been made "in response to the expected low demand following the Lunar New Year holiday".

The cancellations are as follows:

Pacific China Central 1 (PCC1). Voyage number: 030E/W. The eastbound sailing of the OOCL Utah that was scheduled to arrive at Ningbo on February 9; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Long Beach on February 25.

Service resumes with OOCL Tokyo (OTY) 091E/W: ETA Ningbo on February 16 in Week 7 for eastbound and ETA Long Beach on March 4 in Week 10 for westbound.

Pacific China Central 2 (PCC2). Voyage number: 007E/W. The eastbound sailing of the Kota Perdana that was scheduled to arrive at Lianyungang on February 5; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Long Beach on February 24.

Service resumes with Kota Perdana (KRD) 007E/W: ETA Lianyungang on February 12 in Week 7 for eastbound, and ETA Long Beach on March 3 in Week 9 for westbound.

Pacific China South 1 (PCS1). Voyage numbers: 387E/388W. The eastbound sailing of the CSCL Saturn that was scheduled to arrive at Fuqing on February 10; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Long Beach on March 2.

Service resumes with CSCL Saturn (CUN) 389E/390W: ETA Fuqing on February 17 in Week 7 for eastbound, and ETA Los Angeles on March 9 in Week 10 for westbound.

Pacific China North 1 (PCN1). Voyage number: 026E/W. The eastbound sailing of the Cosco Portugal that was schedule to arrive at Xingang on February 12; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Price Rupert on February 28.

Service resumes with CSCL Bohai Sea (HCK) 022E/W: ETA Xingang on February 19 in Week 8 for eastbound, and ETA Prince Rupert on March 7 in Week 10 for westbound.

Pacific Vietnam China South (PVCS). Voyage number: 067E/W. The eastbound sailing of the OOCL Beijing that was scheduled to arrive at Cai Mep on February 14; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Long Beach on March 5.

Service resumes with OOCL Taipei (OTP) 031E/W: ETA Cai Mep on February 21 in Week 8 for eastbound, and ETA Long Beach on March 12 in Week 11 for westbound.

Pacific North West 1 (PNW1). Voyage number: 105E/W: The eastbound sailing of the OOCL Vancouver that was scheduled to arrive at Shekou on February 9; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Vancouver on February 25.

Service resumes with OOCL San Francisco (OSF) 138E/W: ETA Shekou on February 16 in Week 7 for eastbound and ETA Vancouver on March 4 in Week 10 for westbound.

Pacific North West 2 (PNW2). Voyage numbers: 195E/196W: The eastbound sailing of the CMA CGM Columbia that was scheduled to arrive at Yantian on February 18; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Seattle on March 10.

Service resumes with APL Salalah (SLL) 197E/198W: ETA Yantian on February 25 in Week 9 for eastbound, and ETA Seattle on March 17 in Week 11 for westbound.

Pacific North West 4 (PNW4). Voyage number: 001E/W. The eastbound sailing of the Cosco America that was scheduled to arrive at Singapore on February 21; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Prince Rupert on March 16.

Service resumes with CSCL Spring (HCP) 023E/W: ETA Singapore on February 28 in Week 9 for eastbound, and ETA Prince Rupert on March 23 westbound.

East Coast China 2 (ECC2). Voyage numbers: 541E/542W. The eastbound sailing of the CMA CGM Jacques Joseph that was scheduled to arrive at Qingdao on February 12; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Savannah on Savannah on March 15.

Service resumes with Ever Lunar (EVA) 028E/W: ETA Qingdao on February 19 in Week 8 for eastbound, and ETA Savannah on March 22 in Week 12 for westbound.

East Coast Express 1 (ECX1). Voyage number: 046E/W. The eastbound sailing of the Cosco Excellence that was scheduled to arrive at Hong Kong on February 7; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at New York on March 11.

Service resumes with Cosco Excellence (TAP) 046E/W: ETA Hong Kong on February 14 in Week 7 for eastbound, and ETA New York on March 18 in Week 12 for westbound.

East Coast Express 2 (ECX2). Voyage numbers: 081E/082W. The eastbound sailing of the CMA CGM J Adams that was scheduled to arrive at Qingdao on February 10; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at New York on March 14.

Service resumes with CMA CGM J Adams (GAD) 083E/084W: ETA Qingdao on February 17 in Week 7 for eastbound, and ETA New York on March 21 in Week 12 for westbound.

South East Asia Pendulum (SEAP). Voyage numbers: 429S/430N. The eastbound sailing of the CMA CGM Mississippi that was scheduled to arrive at Hong Kong on February 13; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Halifax on March 16.

Service resumes with CMA CGM Tage (MTG) 433S/434N: ETA Hong Kong on February 20 in Week 8 for eastbound, and ETA Halifax on March 23 in Week 12 for westbound.

Gulf Coast China 1 (GCC1). Voyage numbers: 375E/376W. The eastbound sailing of the CMA CGM Rigoletto that was scheduled to arrive at Singapore on February 2; and its westbound sailing that was expected to arrive at Houston on March 12.

Service resumes with CMA CGM Cendrillon (CEG) 377E/378W: ETA Singapore on February 9 in Week 6 for eastbound, and ETA Houston on March 19 in Week 12 for westbound.
