[220713.EN.SEA] IMMA’s Rotation To Be Modified

As of Mid-August, the rotation of United Africa Feeder Line's (UAFL) and Evergreen's joint Middle East to East Africa service 'IMMA' will be revised with the removal of the Karachi and Mundra calls, at the benefit of Beira (Mozambique) which is to be included.

The weekly service continues to turn in 21 days, with three ships and an average caapcity of 2,300 teu per week. The revised rotation stands as follows : Colombo, Port Louis, Tamatave (aka Toamasina), Durban, Maputo, Beira (new), Nacala, Colombo.

The 2,460 teu MESSINI will make her entry on the service on 21 July and replace the 2,578 teu IMARA. Both ships are sailing for Evergreen. The MESSINI will inaugurate the new Beira call on 13 August.

The 'IMMA' service was opened at the end of April.
