On Aug 15, 2014, the "Ocean Life" finished the
last trip to Aliaga under tow.
The ship was decommissioned in Abelakia after fuel and
other petroleum products were pumped out. 2010 the ship had been sold to Blue
Ocean Cruises who renamed it "Ocean Life" for cruising in India.
During the maiden cruise cracks appeared on the port side
resulting in flooding of some cabins, and the ship tilted. It returned safely
to Goa for repairs but the damage was too severe so a few months later the ship
returned to Drapetsona where ot was decommissioned.
